This new digital channel serves as a direct communication link for pilgrims and visitors to the Masjidil Haram and Masjid Nabawi.

​The service is specifically designed to streamline the way pilgrims obtain information, submit inquiries, and report issues in real-time. Operating 24/7, it ensures that assistance is available at any hour of the day or night.

​To cater to the millions of worshippers arriving from every corner of the globe, the WhatsApp Haramain service offers support in seven major languages:
